Hi Julia, I am so sorry for the delayed response. Our bread contains gluten that has been processed through fermentation. The bread will be a lot easier on your belly due to this process of fermentation. We have a lot of customers that were not able to eat bread before and now they can because of the quality of the ingredients and the process of fermentation.
